Join us at Hinnies for a community beach clean along Whitley Bay seafront and promenade on Tuesday 14 July, from 9.30am-11am.
We’re passionate about caring for our local coastline and keeping our beaches clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone. This is a great opportunity to come together as a community, make a positive impact and help protect the environment.
Every year, millions of tonnes of litter end up in our oceans, harming marine life and polluting our coastline. By taking part, you’ll be helping to keep our beautiful stretch of beach looking its best for both wildlife and future visitors.
We’ll meet at Hinnies, where all litter-picking equipment will be provided, along with a hot drink and a sweet treat before we head out.
Please register your place via Eventbrite.
We’d love for you to join us and help make a difference.
Please note: This event is weather dependent. If we need to postpone, all registered participants will be contacted at least 24 hours in advance.
