Please see our terms and conditions below for the validity and use of vouchers

Vouchers are non-transferable, can’t be exchanged for cash, and aren’t valid at our sister restaurants. Please note we can’t accept photocopies, and all visits do need to be booked in advance.

To make sure everything goes smoothly on the day, please let us know at the time of booking if you’d like to use a voucher and share the full code with us. We may not be able to accept vouchers that haven’t been mentioned when booking or that have already been redeemed

Redeeming your gift voucher

To book your table or gift experience simply follow this link. Your voucher comes with a unique reference code, just pop this onto your reservation notes when booking and bring it along when you visit us.

If you would like to use your gift voucher towards an event with us please call 0191 4470500 to book and have your voucher code ready.

Lunch vouchers are valid Tuesday-Saturday lunchtimes.

Dietary requirements 

Please let us know if you have any allergies, dietary requirements at the time of booking, health conditions we should know about or any other specific requests. Please re-confirm with a member of the team on arrival.
